I'm trying to remember when I saw something similar ... Protea fielder ... it wasn't a "catch" catch, ie no-one was out, but rather it was to prevent the batsman scoring a 6. Fielder jumped for the ball, caught it, and chucked it back infield before landing over the rope himself ... no one was backing him up so no "secondary" catch possible. But it was a great thing to see, so athletic.
Can any of you guys recall where and when that happened or who the fielder was? It was relatively recent if I remember (within the last 2 years).

I remember one incident where Cronje was caught on the boundary at a time when there were TV umpires for run outs, stumpings and boundaries only. The umpires referred it for it followed that if it was not a boundary he was out. The green light came on meaning no boundary (therefore out) but as green for run outs meant "in" and not "out" there was wide spread confusion when Cronje walked and some of those typical, irritating armchair critics who don't know the rules or much about the game but are the best umpires, selectors, captains, decision makers, pitch experts et al even wrote to the paper complaining.
