The best of the bass horses on the way to post was super storm by a long way. He could run a forward race.
Bravura did not impress at all. Not sure about this horse. I have always maintained that he was not the best of his generation when all said he was better than PJ after the Derby. He beat a miler that day.....

Anyway hope for the best for him, just not for me after watching him going to post.

Interesting interaction between Ramsden and Marcus.....insofar as Klawervlei is concerned there is only one winner IMO.

When asked about blinkers ,Ramsden mentioned that it was Marcus's nagging but went on to say it was like torture...."an incessant drip" ....not sure there was any humour on either side.
