Hear, hear.
The name in his pedigree that has always caught my eye is Bramalea, granddam of his damsire Rollins. She was dam of the multiple Grade I stakes winner, Roberto, who was the leading sire in Europe and North America. Roberto sired six champions and was the leading broodmare sire in Europe and North America too.
It is never mentioned that Rollins' dam Glorious Spring is in fact a full sister to Roberto (both by Hail To REason). Roberto was in fact also a full brother to a sire that stood in South Africa, Mullineaux.

Robyn, thank you so much for the article. It just sheds so much light on what happens behind the scenes. The Devines must have really loved JM. It is fact that they would have done anything for this great champ. Thanks again and in this read, i really think you can put your pen down already.......the award is already yours! For everyone that has actually met and given the big guy a rub.....i see you guys/gals as very lucky. I really love horses.
