Only advantage in that approach imo is that you may get some of your money back from place bets; whereas of course if ALL of your selections in the PA come in in 6 of the 7 legs, but you miss it in 1 leg - you still lose. But then you will never crack a big dividend by only going for places - and the PA does offer this possibility - just ask gregb and Tommy H
By the way I'm with Tommy H today on Mina Salaam - best trip imo and the main dangers all have something against them - Candy Cotton has never won a 1200, Raise the Bar should need it and is drawn wide to boot, Checcitti although best in on ratings, her rating was obtained on turf and she has one fairly moderate run on the sand - so everything points to MS for me
Second best bet for me is Figurine in the opener - should have won last time and unless one of the first timers are special, she should waltz in today.
