See the Birmingham manager has left them. Mcleish now favourite to take over at their bitter rivals Aston Villa. He is a brave man if he does indeed take the job as there is no love lost between the fans of these two clubs.

Now that Villa are going to appoint McLeish as their new manager I implore you to go out and have a bet that the new Chelsea manager will be Mark Hughes and he will be appointed in the first week of July.

The way Liverpool played once Dalglish took over, don't they look better than 10/1? Have they made any useful signings?

Liverpool will have Saurez and Carrol (although signed last year) having had a full pre season under Kenny.
Also Alberto Aqualini is back from his loan spell with juventus.
Also signed Jordan Henderson, Charlie Adam, and today Stuart Downing. Dont think they have finished just yet in the transfer market!

Gerrard will be back from injury and will hopefully be fresh after a full pre season with no world cups etc on the go.

10/1 there is definitely some value there!
