Ho Ho Ho...... ChrIstmas has come early for Marcus today riding five winners. Delpech still in front, but only by three now. What exciting racing we have to look forward to in the next few weeks with both these champion Jockey's cutting throats for the title. The pressure is now certain on Delpech to prove his metal and hold on to the slender lead that he has to win the championship.

Who is your money on now. My 6/1 is safe. Marcus will win with broken nose and all

Its great stuff Anthony and apart from this site, have no idea if anyone has been highlighting this superb contest, I am sure someone posted a "marketing dream" but maybe the pick 3 at Ngong has a higher profile with our operators

Personally I'm enjoying this dual between the 2, can't wait to pick up my race cards and try work out which one of the jocks has the better rides for the day....(tu)

I can tell you one thing Anthony is after this title..what a great story to market racing..both GREAT Jocks..both GREAT guys..it will go right down to the wire..theres no ways the bookies have the odds right..they should each be 9/10 and 7/1 the draw.

Take all the 9/4 you can get DaVe,remember all the hool a bayou over hanagan and Moore last season ,great stuff

Delpech has 11 rides mid week marcus none.

That's correct, Marcus not riding until July day. Delpech's chance to extend lead. Lets see what he can do

Delpech will take it. Will ride in PE Monday 4 July and has some top rides for Gavin. Should walk away with plenty winners in PE next few weeks.

Certainly hope hope Delpech has at least one win up his sleave on Monday. He is riding Gilmore Girl for us.

With Marcus having the week off before the July, Delpech is now feeling the heat and bags a winner today to extend the lead by one. Delpech knows that he cannot take things for granted as he saw what Marcus did on Sunday at Clairwood bagging five winners. Delpech has now resorted to riding in PE to maintain his lead at the top and in so doing win the championship.

I say that Marcus will still win by just being himself and riding at the two centres.
