CNC, you know why i don't back 2 year olds in South African Racing, cause its a lottery, if you take the aggregate price on all 2 year olds winning here its about 10-1, not the case in the UK, when the money is down over there they generally win...

Suppose over the long run its wise to steer clear of the two year olds running against older horses. Over here the two year olds are more successful because of the birthdays. 1ST of Jan whereas in SA its 1st August thus the two year olds in UK more mature by the time they reach their 2nd birthday ( maybe I am talking crap but thats the way I see it)

this surely means that SA 2yo are more mature? the only time i can remembering it counting lately is with Gibraltar Blue,sure she was a very young 3yo when comparing her to her foes?

my calendar says to me that January is 8 months before August
