I'm going to say it again and I think perhaps Magic might agree with me.......
Tiger Ridge gets them to run AT BEST at around 7 furlongs. I think for the most part a mile is just too far for them. As with everything there are exceptions like Ilha Grande for MDK but for the most part I think you should take care in backing Tiger Ridge offspring over more than 1400m.
Any opinions on the matter?

Can't argue with your thought process or the stats Tombo, not a strong field that in the 4th, I reckon Tjgerbeech may end up racing in PE?
Black Wing looks like a decent 3 year old, I don't see a problem with the distance, no value at the odds though.... dangers Viking Lizzy and Badge of Choice...

This is how it played out. Drawn wide and being kept out by a rank Trumpet Call. He had to be used up to get into 2nd place. Sat handy, took it up far too quickly and still held on easily.
Cannot be easy for a 3 year old to win carrying 60.5kg's
If I win the lottery this boy is MINE!!!

Very good ride by S Veale he tracked the pace halfway through and hit the front going away at the 200m mark . Delpech must off thought he was riding igugu cause he was content to give a lot of start to the winner !
