Re Race 4 when Fransie takes up the race running with stipes, the reply is " well its a very windy day and you must take that into consideration" In Race 1 Carte Blanche stood in the gates for 14 minutes while they tried to catch the loose runner. How can you expect an athlete to sprint after standing still for that length of time....again noone will make a decision!
