From a German point of view, do not take the foot off the throat. The bigger the winning margin, it sends a message to the rest.

Many Of the clanners were confident that a south american team will win the Cup.
unless they slow starters, i haven't been impressed with any of them

Wouldn't write off the South American teams just yet. The tournament only starts in the knock out phase. Don't want to be peaking too early.

Yes, if they both keep winning because they would fall in different halves of the draw.
