Morkel and Rabada are not negotiable as starters, its just a question of whether we play 6 or 7 specialist batsmen which will determine which 2 or 3 of Philander, Steyn and Maharaj start.
Our batting looks powerful with the quartet of De Villiers, De Kock, Faf and Amla as good as any in world cricket. Nice problem to have.

well we win toss and even tho we have 4 seam bowlers we decide to bat first.seems rather strange to me,but lets see how our batters go against the 3 indian fast bowlers and their spin bowlers.interesting to see how it all pans out.i am confident that we will beat these indians in this test.

good start by india, but the positive is the way the wicket is behaving.we now have our 2 best batsman at the crease and we need a partnership to steady our innings.

anything over 200 is a very good score on this wicket.we will bowl out these indians for less than 200 on this wicket.this is not the subcontinent and their batters, who look so good in india, will struggle on this wicket and they will be made to look very ordinary.

Test cricket at it's best - looks a wicket that will produce a result and for once prepared to suit our attack - India never the best of travellers especially on bouncy pitches - if we can get another 2 wickets in the first hour I think we will have the upper hand and go 1-0 up
Slight concern (for the cricket) is that rain is predicted for Sunday - but I'm sure nobody would mind if even the whole day gets washed out
