I want SA to win the WC just as much as the next guy BUT I am a realist and they wont win it with this squad. They rely on 5/6 players to perform and if they don't they are done. If they lose the next match to West Indies then they are in serious trouble as Pakistan and Ireland can both cause them problems (playing Ireland on that Canberra pitch will be tricky)

in some odd way maybe that's the best thing that could happen to sa getting a thumping...maybe now the pressure will be off and they can relax and just play carefree cricket...rather lose in the round robin than in the knock out events..one things for sure either play a specialist bowler or a specialist batsman than parnel or bernadien as both of them cant bowl or bat ...

SA won't go far with such a dismal performance. But Chicken if Scotland win then they are the better team and it wouild be another upset.
