MDK is the outsider of the 3 but maybe the new superstar could make it interesting at 5/1 ish

Odds at WSB on de Kock down to 33/10 - I think a lot will depend on when (and which of) the superstars leave for Dubai - Snaith should stick around for much of the KZN season, so worthy favorite imo - can't see Tarry featuring this year

Agree Frodo but my thinking is that Mike may very well go for the 4 mill race with Hawwaam over the Derby and then there is no reason to keep him here any longer. Alyaasat, Atyaab for the Derby, include Barahin & Soqrat for the Guineas in DBN, then go for the Daily News and July with the same excluding Soqrat. Buffalo Bill Cody is also laying in wait so I think there are enough options to secure the major purses. BB Cody, Soqrat Barahin also have the option of the Champions Cup and the Rising Sun 1600m.

Just my thinking, all disclaimers apply :)

You've convinced me - I just took some of that 33/10 on offer - surely he has more than enough fire power - Snaith has Do It Again, maybe Double Mint for the July, Snowdance ..... not much else that I can think of right now

Nel's strike rate has been phenomenal this season 333 runners 55 winners 17% strike rate, only second to R Sage. Unfortunately will not come close in the race for stakes.

Would like to see Woody in the top 5 again, he is a phenomenal trainer and true gentleman of this game.

As it currently stands and imo, expect a Premier League like finish between Tarry and MdK

TODAY WSB has Tarry 7 / 10
de Kock 5 / 2

i took a bit of 5 / 2.......... i firmly believe de Kock has MORE fire power than Tarry for JULY season.
