They just cant get it right was created by MissT
Once again deposits to TAB online not reflecting after hours of waiting. Try calling and you just wait and wait and wait. "We are experiencing high call volumes ". Its no wonder and all this while they cry for pools to grow. This is the only way to get them to do something get it on ABC and hope they read it. Seriously guys come on FFS!!!

Txs Bob but PA now gone to the bookies... so they can continue to moan about the open bet but it's their own doing. I honestly try not to put tote bets on with bookies for the obvious reasons but quite frankly I dont care any more.

just received a pm from someone at Phumelela asking if I'm struggling to withdraw - I don't think I've used a Tabonlibe account for maybe 8 or more years - I see now when the For Sale sign is up its ok for Phumelela people to interact with the riff raff on ABC - I remember when that was a BANNED activity - Too little too late

So just a follow up on the earlier complaint. I had a call back from a Nathan I'm assuming from TAB to explain and apologize for the problems experienced this morning regarding deposits.
Let me first thank him for the follow up and also ABC as this is where he picked up the complaint. He did also confirm that in the past they were not allowed to respond to any posts on social media but that has since changed and they do now read and respond to any complaints and or suggestions. At last some common sense.
He mentioned a very outdated system that they are still forced to work with and also a bunch of problems related to buisness rescue which has slowed down certain processes.
I genuinely appreciate his call and explanation and things can only get better if this together with updated systems are put in place going forward. He agreed that this is unacceptable and shouldnt happen and I have direct numbers to contact them on in the future. I did explain the unbelievable frustration punters have with both deposits and withdrawals and I hope that this will now get the attention it requires.
Once again thanks to Nathan and ABC.

I would just like to say that ABC has been consistent for many years .

We have always tried to give our posters as much feedback as possible, and allow them to voice their opinion, often at the detriment of sponsorship.

We have always had the same approach speaking to operators and bookies.

" the posters comments might be regarded as constructive or destructive via the site, but they are "YOUR" customers, not "ours."

It has always been our goal to keep open channels between the punters and layers to improve the customer service and satisfaction.

We appreciate all inputs via the site or PM to YOUR customers.

Folk, might be a silly suggestion (unless I dont know all the facts)... But...

For ALL tote bets, why not just use interbet? All monies go into tote pools, theres no limit on payouts. And their customer service works with pretty good efficiency.
